River’s Reach, built by Adera in 2002, has show-stopping curb appeal right off the street. Many people attribute its look to that of a high-end Whistler condo building. The entryway is stone and a fountain covered by rough hewn timber framing. The lobby is epitomizes the feeling a being next to a river with carpet that emulates beach sand and a giant river rock fireplace. There is a reason why Adera won awards for this building.
River’s Reach is among the larger stratas in the neighbourhood at 150 suites. The building has unmatched gardens and outdoor areas including the East Waterway which is shared with several other stratas. There are few other amenities, but who needs them when you see what natural amenities await you.
